What Is Snowday?
SNOWDAY is an indoor immersive holiday experience conceptualized by the creative teams at Motus and Bayer Brothers, based in Dallas.
Guests navigate their way through an imaginative wonderland of festive photo ops, enchanted rooms, interactive spaces, and nostalgic moments.
Expect an encounter with Santa or one of his elves, and pose for the photo booths integrated throughout the exhibit.
Where Do I Buy Tickets?
We recommend purchasing tickets online ahead of time. To allow for the best experience, tickets are limited to a quantity of 22 per 20 min timeslot. If there are no more tickets for a certain time slot, that means the time slot is sold out. You can also purchase tickets in person if they are not sold out.
What Does My Ticket Include?
Your ticket includes one-time access to our incredible SNOWDAY exhibit, awesome photo ops, and an adventure like you’ve never experienced. You will get to meet and interact with insanely awesome holiday characters and tap into one of six interactive photo booths built for social media sharing. You also get the opportunity to shop our exclusive gift shop. Additionally, $1 from every ticket sale goes to support Children’s Medical Center!
Also, any photos that you take throughout the exhibit can be shared with yourself or others from our gift shop kiosks at no extra cost. And $1 from every ticket sale will go to Children's Medical.

Can I Take Photos?
Tickets are $30 for adults and $22 for children ages 4-12. Children 3 and under get in free. We also offer discounted group tickets at $25 for groups of 5 or more and $23 for groups of 10 or more.
Absolutely! We are incredibly excited about all of the uniquely different photos that you will take at SNOWDAY! Explore and take as many photos as you would like.
We also have six integrated photo booths to capture carefully-curated moments that you can share digitally for free, or print in our gift shop.

Where Is Snowday Located?
We are located in The Plaza at Preston Center, at the SE corner of Preston Road and Northwest Highway. If you know where Sprinkles Cupcakes is, just head across the circle drive and you’ll find us on the other side; diagonally across the way. 8314 Preston Center Plaza Drive Dallas, TX 75225 Free parking is available in surface lots at The Plaza at Preston Center, including a larger lot just south of us on Wentwood Dr. Additional underground parking is available on the weekends. We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes before your time slot. Are There Restrooms at Snowday?
Yes there are restrooms available inside the exhibition.
Is SNOWDAY wheelchair/ADA accessible?
Most of our exhibit’s installations meet ADA standards, and are accessible via wheelchair.
How Long Does It Take To Go Through The Exhibit?
We’ve designed the experience to be about one hour. Allow a little extra time for check-in and to visit our gift shop offering photo prints and exclusive apparel.

Thursday through Saturday, 10am to 10pm

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash.
Due to the high attendance rate through the holiday season, we do not currently host private or corporate events. However, we do offer discounted tickets for groups of 10 or more during our normal operating hours.
No. Due to the intimate layout of the space and the large number of visitors we do not allow strollers inside the exhibition. We ask that you please leave your stroller at home or in your car before entering SNOWDAY. When will SNOWDAY come to my city?

Can we return or exchange tickets? All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable. However, if you wish to change from your chosen timeslot, you can exchange your tickets for another timeslot, pending availability.
